 Andrew M. Bursky – Managing Partner Mr. Bursky has been Managing Partner of Atlas Holdings LLC since its inception in January 2002. From June 1999 to April 2002, Mr. Bursky was a Co-Managing Partner of Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P., a private investment partnership with approximately $2 billion of capital under management, focusing on control investments in middle-market companies at points of stress or significant change. Mr. Bursky joined Pegasus in 1999 after 19 years with Interlaken Capital, Inc., a private equity concern focusing on contrarian style, value-oriented investments in middle-market companies. Mr. Bursky was one of the founding principals and the Senior Managing Director of Interlaken. While at Interlaken, Mr. Bursky was responsible for all investments and business development activities, with a primary focus on industrial manufacturing and distribution, business services, financial services and distribution. Fazio – Managing Partner Mr. Fazio has been Managing Partner of Atlas Holdings LLC since its inception in January 2002. He and Mr. Bursky have worked closely together for more than a decade. Mr. Cromie joined Atlas in 2002 and serves as a Partner. Mr. Cromie has approximately 12 years of private equity experience, throughout which period he has worked with Mr. Bursky and Mr. Fazio. Mr. Cromie serves on the Board of Managers of Bridgewell Resources LLC, Capital Equipment Resources LLC, Phoenix Industrial Services LLC and RedBuilt LLC. Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Cromie served as a consultant for the Commodity Operations Group of Goldman Sachs in a variety of capacities including as a member of the development team of an integrated fixed income, currency and commodities operations system. Concurrently, Mr. Cromie toured the country as a professional musician. Prior to his professional music career, Mr. Cromie was a Senior Analyst at Interlaken. Edward J. Fletcher – Partner Mr. Fletcher joined Atlas in 2007 and serves as a Partner. Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Fletcher served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wood Resources LLC, an Atlas platform company. Before that, Mr. Fletcher was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly-traded wireless information and communication services company, where he had oversight and responsibility for all financial aspects of the organization. Mr. Fletcher began his career in 1993 at Ernst & Young LLP ("E&Y") in the Assurance Advisory Services Practice. Mr. Fletcher serves on the Board of Managers of Bridgewell Resources LLC, Detroit Renewable Energy LLC and Finch Paper Holdings LLC. Mr. Fletcher is a graduate of Fairfield University and has received professional certifications as a Public Accountant in the State of New York and as a Fraud Examiner. Philip E. Schuch – Partner Mr. Schuch joined Atlas in 2003 and serves as a Partner. Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Schuch was employed at Ernst & Young for over 14 years and was a principal of the firm's Transaction Support Group, participating in over 100 domestic and foreign due diligence engagements for private equity investor groups and strategic buyers. At E&Y, Mr. Schuch had active participation in company financings and significant involvement in fraud/litigation engagements, including numerous projects involving the United States Department of Justice. Mr. Schuch is a graduate of West Virginia University and a Certified Public Accountant. Jacob D. Hudson – Principal Mr. Hudson joined Atlas in 2005 and serves as a Principal. Sufrin – Principal Mr. Sufrin joined Atlas in 2005 and serves as a Principal. Astor – Vice President Mr. Astor joined Atlas in 2007 and serves as a Vice President. Mr. Astor has led and supported the evaluation and analysis of numerous businesses and transaction opportunities. Reeve – Vice President and Controller Ms. Reeve joined Atlas in 2010 and serves as a Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining Atlas, Ms. Reeve was employed at Commonfund for over 11 years and was Controller for the firm's real estate group. At Commonfund, Ms. Reeve was responsible for the accounting and reporting for the real estate funds and participated in asset and debt valuation. Ms. Reeve is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Fairfield University. Troy E. Schirk – Director of Information Systems Mr. Schirk joined Atlas in 2007 and serves as Director of Information Systems. Mr. Schirk has led the implementation of numerous IT transitions. Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Schirk was employed at Forest Resources LLC as IT Director, ComGraphics, Inc. as IT Director, and served as a Senior IT Consultant on major IT projects for Hyundai America Technical Center. Mr. Schirk is a graduate of the University of Windsor. Armando Imbrogno – Assistant Controller Mr. Imbrogno joined Atlas in 2012 and serves as Assistant Controller. Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Imbrogno was employed at Commonfund for over twelve years in various oversight roles in the real estate and fund accounting groups. At Commonfund, Mr. Imbrogno was responsible for fund and investor reporting and compliance, along with the oversight of the outsourced fund accounting function for Commonfund's marketable and non-marketable funds. Before joining Commonfund, Mr. Imbrogno supervised a team of global fund accountants at J.P. Morgan Chase, Global Investor Services. Mr. Imbrogno is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport. Michael W. Sher – Associate Mr. Sher joined Atlas in 2010 and serves as an Associate. Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Sher served as a Research Associate at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. covering large-cap banks. Mr. Sher supports due diligence teams with extensive research and financial modeling. Mr. Sher is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis. Jason M. Squire – Associate Mr. Squire joined Atlas in 2010 and serves as an Associate. Before Atlas, Mr. Squire was a member of the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan, where he executed a variety of M&A and capital-raising assignments. Mr. Squire supports due diligence teams with extensive research and financial modeling. Mr. Lay is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis. Margaret D. DeFonce – Administrative Manager Ms. Defonce joined Atlas in 2002 and is the Administrative Manager. Prior to joining Atlas, Ms. Defonce held administrative management positions with a variety of financial services firms including SoundView Technology Group, Trainer, Wortham & Company, Inc. and Bear Stearns. Ms. Defonce is a graduate of the Southern Virginia College for Women. Kathleen Dillon – Administrator Ms. Dillon joined Atlas in 2008 and serves as the Administrator. Ms. Dillon held business administrator positions at various firms including Sheltering Arms Childrens Services, First Capital Asset Management, Inc., and E.F. Hutton & Co. Ms. Dillon is a graduate of the Sophie Newcomb College of Tulane University. Edgar Herrera – Accounting Assistant Mr. Herrera joined Atlas Holdings in 2010 and serves as Accounting Assistant. Prior to that, he was employed as a Senior Accountant at AG Semiconductor from 2009 to 2010, and worked as a Staff Accountant at American Diagnostica Inc. (ADI) from 2000 to 2008. Mr. Adams is the former Deputy Mayor of the City of Detroit and a senior level executive with management experience in both the public and private sector. He specializes in managing difficult environments. A licensed attorney and former Adjunct Professor of Law and Management, Mr. Adams was formerly the Chairman of the Greater Detroit Resource Recovery Authority (GDRRA).
Mr. Adams serves on the Board of Managers of Detroit Renewable Energy LLC. Mr. Alford retired from Weyerhaeuser in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Residential Wood Products—a position which he served in since 2004. Prior, he was Vice President - Softwood Lumber; Vice President - Southern Timberlands; and Vice President - Mississippi/Louisiana Operations. Mr. Alford joined Weyerhaeuser in 1996 after serving in various management positions with several forest products companies including Cavenham Forest Industries, Duke City Lumber Company Inc., and Crown. Mr. Baldwin has worked in the wood products and building materials industries for over 40 years with a focus on the plywood sector. He served as an executive officer of Champion International and The Springfield Group. Mr. Baldwin has authored numerous technical books including Plywood and Veneer- Based Products Manufacturing Processes, which is considered to be the definitive text on the topic.
Mr. Baldwin serves as acting General Manager of Chester Wood Products LLC, a subsidiary of Wood Resources LLC, and serves as an advisor to Atlas in the forest products industry. Mr. Barber has worked in the forest products industry for over 40 years with a focus on the tissue sector. Mr. Barber served as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Fort James and Vice President of Manufacturing at Crown Zellerbach. Mr. Berg has worked as a professional economist in the forest products industry for over 25 years. Mr. Berg has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of RISI, Inc., and has served as an executive officer of Resource Information Systems, Inc. and Paperloop, Inc. Mr. Bingham has worked in the pulp, paper and tissue industries for over 40 years. Mr. Bingham has served in leadership roles at leading North American pulp and paper producers including Georgia-Pacific LLC, SCA Tissue North America, LLC, Boise Cascade LLC and P.H. Glatfelter Company. Most recently, Mr. Bingham served as President of Marcal Papers LLC, during its emergence from bankruptcy. Joseph Clark Mr. Clark is professor emeritus of subsurface geology and petroleum geology at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His research interests lie in stratigraphy, tectonics and surface and subsurface mapping. He has authored more than 55 peer-reviewed publications in the field. Prior to his appointment at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Clark was professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a Fellow of the Geological Society of America, a member emeritus of the Society of Economic Paleontologists and Minerologists and an adjunct research scientist at the United States Geological Survey. Dr. Clark has a B.S. in Geology (with Highest Honors) and a M.A. in geology and petroleum engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a Schlumberger and National Science Foundation Fellow. He holds a Ph.D in geology from Stanford University. Mr. Corbin has worked in the building materials, construction and distribution industries for 44 years. His most recent assignment as Executive Vice President of Weyerhaeuser was to oversee Industrial Wood Products and International Business Groups, having previously held senior positions at Crown Zellerbach Corporation and International Paper Company. Mr. Corbin currently serves on the Board of Con-way, Inc. and the University of Washington’s College of Ocean and Fishery Sciences. He and his wife are active with Habitat for Humanity.
Mr. Corbin serves as Chairman of Wood Resources LLC and as a member of the Board of Managers of Bridgewell Resources LLC and RedBuilt LLC. Mr. Costello has worked in the paper products industry for over 45 years. He retired from International Paper Company in 2002. His most recent assignment was Chief Executive Officer of the xpedx division of International Paper Company, having previously held senior positions at Dixon Paper and Rampart Containers.
Mr. Costello serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Managers of AGI Global Holdings Cooperatief U.A. and the Board of Managers of Atlas Holdings LLC. Mr. Critchfield has worked in environmental audit, risk transfer and due diligence for over 30 years. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of EMSOURCE, Inc., and a board member with several Global Forest Partners, LP investment funds, having previously served as a senior environmental manager with International Paper Company and the Alaska Natural Gas Transportation System. Mr. Denig has worked in the building materials, construction and distribution industries for over 30 years. His most recent assignment was President of the Trus Joist division of Weyerhaeuser Company, having previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of TJ International, Inc. Mr. Denig currently serves as Chairman of the Board of North Pacific Group, Inc., and also serves on the Board of Directors of JM Huber Company.
Mr. Denig serves as Chairman of RedBuilt LLC. Mr. Donald has worked in the agriculture, biochemical, chemical and service industries for over 30 years. His most recent assignment was President of the Agricultural Products Sector of Monsanto Company. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Carnival Corporation, Crown Cork & Seal Company, Inc., The Laclede Group, Oil-Dri Corporation of America and the Scotts Company. Mr. Donald recently retired from the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International.
Mr. Donald serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Bridgewell Resources LLC. Mr. Goodrich, was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BE&K, Inc., a privately owned engineering and construction firm until its sale to KBR Inc. in June 2008. He is also a director of Altec, Inc., Energen Corporation and Synovus Financial Corporation.
Mr. Goodrich serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Managers of AGI Global Holdings Cooperatief U.A. and the Board of Managers of Atlas Holdings LLC. Mr. Gordon has worked in the consumer goods industry for over 40 years. He has served as an executive officer of Nice-Pak Products, Inc., Beiersdorf North America, Goody Products, and Playtex Products. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc., of which he is the Lead Director; Nice-Pak Products, Inc., the AGX Corporation and ebeanstalk.com.
Mr. Gordon serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Managers of AGI Global Holdings Cooperatief U.A. and the Board of Managers of Atlas Holdings LLC. Mr. Gozon has worked in the distribution, energy and forest products industries for over 40 years. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Weyerhaeuser Company and Chairman of NORPAC (North Pacific Paper, a joint venture with Nippon Paper Industries). He also served as Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of Alco Standard Corporation. He currently serves as Chairman of Amerisource Bergen Corporation and is a Director of Amerigas Propane, Inc., Triumph Group, Inc., and UGI Corporation. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Thomas Jefferson University.
Mr. Gozon serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Managers of AGI Global Holdings Cooperatief U.A. and the Board of Managers of Atlas Holdings LLC. Mr. Graham will serve on the board of DRE. Mr. Graham had previously held the position of Economic Development Director at Detroit Renaissance, Inc. which is the lead business organization in the state of Michigan with forty-eight Chief Executive Officers representing Michigan's largest businesses, including General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler. This non-profit civic organization focuses on the economic revitalization of the City of Detroit.
Mr. Graham serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Detroit Renewable Energy LLC. Mr. Graham has worked in the steel industry for over 50 years. Mr. Graham served as President of U.S. Steel, Chairman and CEO of AK Steel and also served as an executive officer of LTV Steel, Washington Steel and Armco Steel. John Hamm Dr. Hamm served as a medical doctor for over 30 years. He served as Premier of the Province of Nova Scotia from 1999 until his retirement from that office in 2006. He also served as Chairman of Northern Resources Nova Scotia Corporation. Mr. Hepp was engaged to assist with operational due diligence and will serve on the board of Detroit Renewable Energy. Mr. Hepp has more than 30 years of management, engineering and operations experience in the energy-from-waste (EFW) industry. In 1999, he lead the effort to complete the management buyout of the air pollution control businesses owned by Waste Management, while founding Halcyon Technologies, an engineering, project management and construction company to serve the independent power industry. Prior to founding Halcyon, Mr. Hepp worked for 17 years for Wheelabrator Technologies, responsible for all aspects of plant operations, construction, engineering, project execution and environmental management, including 16 EFW facilities.
Mr. Hepp serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Detroit Renewable Energy LLC. Mr. Hoffman has worked in the paper and packaging industry for over 25 years. He served as Mill Manager, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Green Bay Packaging, Inc. In 1991, President George H.W. Bush presented Mr. Hoffman with an award for his contributions in developing recycled paper products.
Mr. Hoffman serves on the Management Advisory Committee of Finch Paper Holdings LLC and the Board of Managers of Forest Resources LLC and Canampac ULC. Mr. Kellogg has founded and held leadership roles in industrial businesses in numerous industries including chemicals, distribution, natural gas exploration and production, petroleum trading and real estate. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Basic Management, Inc., Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Grupo Transmerquim, S.A., Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Pioneer Partners LLC, and Co-Founder and Board Member of Susquehanna Exploration & Production Company, LLC.
Mr. Kellogg serves as member of the Board of Managers of Bridgewell Resources LLC and Susquehanna Drilling Partnerships. Mr. Kennedy has worked in the engineering industry for over 45 years. He is a founder of BE&K, Inc., a worldwide engineering, construction and contract maintenance firm. Both Mr. Kennedy and BE&K have been honored as inductees into the Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame for their outstanding accomplishments in the field of engineering and construction. In September 1999, Engineering News-Record magazine recognized Mr. Kennedy as one of the top 125 industry leaders within the past 125 years.
Mr. Kennedy serves on the Management Advisory Committee of Finch Paper Holdings LLC. Mr. Lane is a deeply experienced and knowledgeable manager in the Mill Services industry. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Lane has been responsible for Mill Services to over 100 steel mills on four continents as a senior domestic and international executive at International Mill Service, where he served as Executive Vice President of North American Operations, and Waylite Corporation, where he served as President. Mr. Lane is recognized as a leading authority on the processing, application and marketing of slag. Mr. Lane has pioneered many slag applications including the first use of steel slag in asphalt production, the first use of blast furnace slag in slip formed concrete, and the first use of dye to create custom colored slag for built up roofing and landscaping applications in the western United States.
Mr. Lane serves as CEO of Phoenix International Services. Mr. Liebich has worked in the building materials, construction and distribution industries for over 15 years. His most recent assignment was Vice President of the Trus Joist division of Weyerhaeuser Company, having previously served as Vice President of the Trus Joist Commercial division. Mr. Liebich serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Riverstone International School in Boise, Idaho, and as a Trustee for Project Lead the Way and the Lee Pesky Learning Center. Mr. Liebich is a graduate of Bowdoin College and the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Liebich serves as CEO of RedBuilt LLC and as a member of the Board of Managers of Forest Resources LLC. Timothy Lowe Mr. Lowe was the Chief Executive Officer of Northern Pulp. He is the former Chief Operating Officer of Northern Pulp and previously worked at Domtar Industries Inc. for nearly 30 years in progressively senior roles including General Manager of the Domtar Pulp Mill in Woodland, Maine. Mr. Lowe brings a wealth of experience to Northern Resources in the areas of safety as well as best practices in maintenance and operations. Ms. Maier began her career in sales at Esco Corporation in Portland,Oregon. Following 11 years with Esco, she was employed by Reynolds Aluminum for four years as the regional outside sales manager for the Pacific Northwest. In 1978, Kathleen started Kipp Industrial Steel Sales, Inc. in Portland, Oregon. For 22 years, Kathleen and her employees brokered and represented manufacturers of carbon, stainless, and nickel alloy products. In 2000, Kathleen retired from Kipp Industrial Steel Sales, and, in 2002, co-founded Michigan Seamless Tube as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kathleen was responsible for the leadership of the sales force with emphasis on increasing brand awareness in the marketplace, heightening the MST’s sales presence, broadening product applications, and expanding MST geographic sales reach. Kathleen served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Michigan Seamless Tube.
Ms. Maier serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Bridgewell Resources LLC. Mr. Maier has worked in the steel products, mining and raw materials industries for over 50 years. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Metal Resources LLC and previously as Chairman and CEO of Republic Engineered Steels and as an Executive Officer of LTV Flat Rolled and LTV Bar.
Mr. Maier serves on the Board of Managers of Phoenix International Services. Mr. Neary was Co-Chairman of Ernst & Young until his retirement in 1993, having held that office since 1984. Mr. Neary served Ernst & Young in various capacities since his admission to the partnership in 1966, including service as Vice Chairman of Accounting and Auditing from 1975 to 1984. Mr. Neary is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Armada Funds and a director of Commerce Metals Company and Strategic Distribution, Inc. He also is Chairman of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Quality Control Inquiry Committee and Co-Chairman of the Great Lakes Theater Festival and a trustee of the Greater Cleveland Salvation Army and University of Michigan Club of Cleveland. Mr. Neary is a graduate of the University of Michigan. He has served as a Director of the Company since March of 1994.
Mr. Neary serves on the Board of Managers of Wood Resources LLC. Mr. Raccuia has worked in the paper products and tissue industries for over 20 years. He has previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of SCA Tissue North America, LLC, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Encore Paper Company. Mr. Raccuia currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Paper Trade Association and the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Raccuia serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Finch Paper LLC. Mr. Richard has worked in the pulp, paper and packaging industries for over 25 years. He has previously served as a General Manager of Visy Recycle.
Mr. Richard serves as President and CEO of Forest Resources LLC and serves on the Board of Managers of Wood Resources LLC. Thomas Schnitzius Mr. Schnitzius is co-founder of Acquest Advisors LLC (“Acquest” and formerly Schnitzius & Vaughan) which was founded in 1987 to continue the business of Schnitzius & Co., a firm he started in 1983. Acquest is a private, boutique investment banking firm focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions and capital sourcing through private placements. From 1975 until 1983 Mr. Schnitzius he was a principal in the boutique investment banking firm of Curtin & Co., Inc., which focused on middle market merger and acquisition transactions and on venture capital private placements. From 1973 to 1975, he was a principal in the private investment/investment banking firm, Interstate Capital Corporation, involved in advising clients in leveraged acquisitions and venture capital financings. From 1968 to 1973, he was employed by Telecom Corp., then an NYSE Exchange company, where he became a Vice President and was responsible for corporate acquisitions and dispositions. He also was Vice President and COO of Texas Capital Corp., a Telecom subsidiary engaged in venture capital investing. Throughout his career, Mr. Schnitzius has been involved in arranging, structuring and negotiating the terms of mergers, acquisitions and private placements, with transactions ranging from small, early stage venture capital financings to acquisitions valued in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Schnitzius is a native Houstonian. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame, receiving a B.B.A. in Finance, and from the University of Texas School of Law, earning a J.D. Mr. Snapp has worked in the wood products, building materials and chemicals industries for over 35 years. His most recent assignment was Senior Vice President of the Building Materials and Specialty Business divisions of International Paper Company, having previously served as President of Masonite Corporation and President and Chief Executive Officer of Arizona Chemical Company. Mr. Snapp is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Bend Memorial Clinic.
Mr. Snapp serves on the Board of Managers of Wood Resources LLC and Bridgewell Resources LLC. Earnest Spinner Mr. Spinner has worked in the chemical industry for over 40 years. He is currently President and owner of BFB Enterprises, Inc., having previously served as President of the Arizona Chemical division of International Paper Company. Mr. Stasik has worked in the capital equipment industry for over 30 years. He has served as President and CEO of Genesis Worldwide II, Inc., and as an executive officer of Voest Alpine Industries, Danieli Corporation, Wean Corporation and Cooper Industries.
Mr. Stasik serves on the Board of Managers of Capital Equipment Resources LLC. Mr. Stewart has worked in the automotive and capital equipment manufacturing industries for over 30 years. He served as President and CEO of Pangborn Corporation and has served as Chief Executive Officer of Colts Manufacturing Co. and Materials Science Corp., and also served as an executive officer with Chrysler Motors, J.I. Case, and Volkswagen of America. Mr. Stewart is currently a director of Walbash National Corporation.
Mr. Stewart serves on the Board of Managers of Capital Equipment Resources LLC. Mr. Stinnett has worked in the pulp and paper industry for over 40 years. His most recent assignments were Director of Corporate Engineering of International Paper Company and Chief Executive Officer, Director and Board Chairman of Ngahere Aotearoa, Inc., a New Zealand holding company, wholly owned by International Paper. Mr. Stinnett also served on the Board of Managers of Northern Resources Nova Scotia Corporation. Mr. Stowell has worked in chemicals and paper products industries for over 30 years. He retired from International Paper Company in 2005. His most recent assignments were Vice President of the Arizona Chemical, Chemical Cellulose and Asset Management divisions of International Paper Company. Mr. Toya retired from Credit Suisse in June 2010 after an eighteen year career as a bond salesman, bond trader and business manager. His last five years at Credit Suisse James was the Co-Head of U.S. Interest Rate Products and a member of the Fixed Income Operating Committee. The U.S. Interest Rates Product Group at Credit Suisse employs over 100 people globally and contributed significant revenues to Credit Suisse’s fixed income division. From 1986-1990 James was employed at KPMG where he worked in both the audit and tax departments and attained the status of Certified Public Accountant in New York State. James received his Master of Business in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in 1992 and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in accounting from SUNY-Binghamton in 1986.
Mr. Toya serves as Chairman of Bridgewell Resources LLC. Mr. Walters has worked in the building materials, construction and distribution industries for over 40 years. During that time he held positions as Operations Vice President of Trus Joist Corporation, general manager of Engineered Wood Products for Willamette Industries and Weyerhaeuser. He most recently served as Director of Corporate Development of the Trus Joist division of Weyerhaeuser Company. He has owned and operated businesses which manufactured and sold engineered wood products. Mr. Whitaker has worked in the capital equipment industry for over 35 years. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hyco, Inc. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Distribution, Inc., Wheelabrator Corporation, Johnson Worldwide, EWI Inc. and Colts Manufacturing Co. Mr. Whitaker has an extensive background in turnaround leadership, corporate strategy, operations and marketing.
Mr. Whitaker serves on the Board of Managers of Capital Equipment Resources LLC. Mr. White has twenty years of investment banking experience with large public sector infrastructure projects, including waste-to-energy facilities. Most recent experience was as a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and co-head of the Infrastructure Finance Group.
Mr. White serves as Chairman of Detroit Renewable Energy LLC. John Wolf Mr. Wolf served as Ambassador to Malaysia and Ambassador to Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (“APEC”). He received the President’s Meritorious Service Award in 1992 and 2000. Ambassador Wolf is President of the Eisenhower Fellowships. Mr. Yarbrough has worked in the forest products industry for over 30 years. Mr. Yarbrough has served as an executive officer of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, the Timberlands division of International Paper Company, and Skywood Forest Products LLC.
Mr. Yarbrough serves as President and CEO of Wood Resources LLC.
