CanAmPac ULC is a Canadian company which operates two facilities in Ontario manufacturing clay-coated recycled boxboard and folding cartons, primarily for private label food companies and other consumer goods manufacturers. In May 2006, Forest formed CanAmPac ULC to acquire the assets of Roman Corporation out of CCAA bankruptcy protection.
