Capital Equipment Resources LLC, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Pangborn Corporation, designs and markets shotblast surface preparation equipment and provides aftermarket replacement parts and services. In June 2006, Capital Equipment Resources was formed to acquire Pangborn Corporation from a defunct private equity fund. In April 2009, Capital Equipment Resources formed CER Europe to acquire three leading shotblast equipment manufacturers formerly owned by Wheelabrator Group: V + S - Vogel & Schemmann Maschinen GmbH in Germany, Berger Strahltechnik GmbH in Germany, and Pangborn Europe S.r.l. in Italy. With the addition of CER Europe, Capital Equipment Resources has the product offering and global footprint to become a leading worldwide provider of shotblasting equipment.
