Metal Resources LLC is a holding company which operates in the specialty steel manufacturing industry. It was formed in 2002 with the acquisition of a specialty steel mill pursuant to a Section 363 asset purchase from the estate of Vision Metals Inc. The idled mill, Michigan Seamless Tube (“MST”), was restarted in November 2002.
