Olympic Panel Products’ (“OPP”) manufacturing facility is located in Shelton, Washington. It is the largest overlay panel manufacturing facility, under a single roof, in the world and OPP panels have earned the recognition as the finest overlay plywood panels produced in North America. The site sits on approximately 25 acres adjoining Simpson Timber's sawmill operations. The manufacturing process includes the peeling and drying of veneer for our lay-up and press process plus an extensive finishing department, which includes a panel sander and film press for the production of our Two Step® high quality overlay panels. OPP employs a Continuous Process Monitoring (CPM) in all our manufacturing process.

OPP provides the world's largest selection of overlaid panels in the form of Medium Density Overlay, High Density Overlay, and Phenolic Surface Film panels serving Construction, Signage, Transportation and Industrial markets for a variety of applications including, concrete forming panels, roll-up truck door panels, highway signage panels and multiple applications of interior and exterior decking.

OPP is the only overlay panel manufacturer that has a full time staff devoted to product development, consistently providing its customers with product enhancements and new product solutions.
