Andrew
M. Bursky
Andrew M. Bursky is a Managing
Partner of Atlas Holdings. From 1999 to April, 2002 Mr. Bursky was
Managing Partner of Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P. ("Pegasus"),
a private investment partnership with approximately $800 million
of committed equity capital. At Pegasus, Mr. Bursky played a leadership
role in orchestrating Pegasus' and its affiliated co-investors'
commitment of approximately $400 million of capital in more than
7 private businesses with a total enterprise value in excess of
$1.0 billion. Mr. Bursky joined Pegasus in 1999 after 19 years with
Interlaken Capital, Inc. ("Interlaken"). Mr. Bursky was
one of the founding principals and the Senior Managing Director
of Interlaken. While at Interlaken, Mr. Bursky was responsible for
investments with a total transaction value of over $2 billion, primarily
focused on industrial manufacturing and distribution, business services,
financial services and distribution.
Mr. Bursky serves on the Board of Directors of a number of public
and private companies, including Floorgraphics, Inc., Genesis Worldwide
II, Merisant Company, and Strategic Distribution,
Inc. In addition, Mr. Bursky serves as a Trustee of the Eisenhower
Fellowships, the Skin Cancer Foundation and Washington University
in St. Louis. Mr. Bursky is a graduate of Washington University
in St. Louis where he received a B.A. in Economics, a B.S. in Engineering
and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering and Harvard Business School
where he received an M.B.A.

Timothy J. Fazio
Timothy J. Fazio is a Managing Partner of Atlas Holdings. From 1999
to 2001, Mr. Fazio was a Principal at Pegasus where he initiated
and structured several transactions, including Pegasus' restructuring
and bankruptcy purchase of Genesis Worldwide II. Prior to joining
Pegasus, Mr. Fazio was a Vice President at Interlaken where he worked
closely with Mr. Bursky on numerous transactions. Mr. Fazio and
Mr. Bursky founded and serve as Directors of Forest Resources LLC,
Northern Pulp Nova Scotia Corporation and Wood Resources LLC. Mr. Fazio is a graduate
of the College of Arts and Sciences and the Wharton School of Business
at the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.A. in International
Relations and a B.S. in Economics.

David I.J. Wang
David I.J. Wang is a Senior Operating Partner of Atlas. Mr. Wang
retired from International Paper Co. in 1991 where he served as
Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors.
He was responsible for International Paper's distribution, timber,
wood products and specialty businesses, a group of businesses totaling
$5 billion in sales. He was also responsible for mergers and acquisitions,
information systems, technology, engineering and logistics. Prior
to joining International Paper in 1978, Mr. Wang was with Union
Carbide Corporation in various capacities, including Director of
Corporate Development, and Vice President-General Manager, Coatings
and Solvents Division.
Mr. Wang was born in Beijing, China in
1932. He earned a B.S. in 1951 from George Washington University,
and an M.S. in 1952 from Georgia Institute of Technology, both in
mechanical engineering. Mr. Wang serves on the Board of Directors
of BE&K, Inc. and Emsource, Inc. He is a trustee of the Eisenhower
Exchange Fellowship and the Ashford Arts Foundation, and also serves
on the advisory board of George Washington University.

Philip E. Schuch
Philip E. Schuch is a Vice President and Principal of Atlas. Prior to joining Atlas,
Mr. Schuch was a principal with the Transaction Support group at
Ernst & Young. Mr. Schuch participated in over 100 due diligence
engagements for private equity investor groups and strategic buyers
in a variety of sectors including waste disposal, aviation, heavy
equipment manufacturing, information systems integrators, computer
hardware and software distribution and healthcare. He is a a Certified
Public Accountant and was with Ernst & Young for over 14 years.
Mr. Schuch is a graduate of West Virginia University and is a member
of the AICPA and PICPA.

Daniel E. Cromie
Daniel E. Cromie is a Vice President and Principal of Atlas. Prior to joining
Atlas, Mr. Cromie worked as a consultant for the Commodity Operations
group of Goldman Sachs, helping in the development of an integrated
fixed income, currency and commodities operations system. Concurrently,
Mr. Cromie toured the country as the lead singer of the rock band,
The Booda Velvets, in support of their nationally released album.
Prior to his professional music career, Mr. Cromie was a Senior
Analyst at Interlaken where he worked with Mr. Bursky and Mr. Fazio
on multiple transactions. Mr. Cromie is a graduate of the University
of Pennsylvania.

Edward J. Fletcher
Edward J. Fletcher is a Vice President and Principal of Atlas Holdings
LLC. Concurrently, Mr. Fletcher is also the Vice President and the Chief
Financial Officer of Wood Resources LLC – an Atlas platform company. Prior
to joining Atlas and Wood Resources, Mr. Fletcher was a Senior Vice President and
the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded wireless information and
communication services company where he had oversight and responsibility for all
financial aspects of the organization, which included the development and monitoring
of fiscal policies and procedures, SEC compliance and investor relations, budgeting
and cost mitigation initiatives. Mr. Fletcher began his career at Ernst & Young LLP
in the Assurance Advisory Business Services Practice where his responsibilities included
the preparation and review of SEC filings in connection with quarterly and annual reports,
initial public and secondary offerings, the registration of debt and equity securities
and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Fletcher holds a B.S. in accounting from Fairfield
University and has received professional certifications as a Public Accountant in the
State of New York and as a Fraud Examiner.

Jacob D. Hudson
Jake Hudson joined Atlas as an Associate in June 2005. Mr. Hudson
graduated from Wesleyan University in May 2005 where he majored in the
College of Social Studies.

Zach Sufrin joined Atlas as an Associate in June 2005. Mr. Sufrin graduated from
Washington University in May 2005 where he majored in Philosophy and
Cognitive Science.

in May 2007 where he majored in Economics.

Jeff Nathan is an Associate of Atlas Holdings LLC. Mr. Nathan graduated from Washington
University in St. Louis with a B.A. in Classics.

Margaret D. DeFonce
Margaret DeFonce is the Administrative Manager of Atlas. Prior to
joining Atlas, Ms. Defonce held administrative management positions
with a variety of financial services firms including SoundView Technology
Group, Trainer, Wortham & Company, Inc. and Bear Stearns. Ms.
Defonce is a graduate of the Southern Virginia College for Women.

Kathleen Dillon
Kathleen Dillon is the Administrator of Atlas. Ms. Dillon held business administrator positions
at various firms including Sheltering Arms Childrens Services, First Capital Asset Management, Inc., and
E.F. Hutton & co. Ms. Dillon is a graduate of Sophie Newcomb College of Tulane University.
